Making an Impact on this Generation
In the Word of God, Jesus urged His people to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. In fact, He taught that the world would recognize we were His followers because of our displayed love for one another.
As a body of believers, we strive to show forth this true active emotion of God not only to other followers of Christ, but to each and every person we encounter in our day-to-day lives.
This generation, more than ever before, has become increasingly impersonal and distant. We aim to close the gaps by extending a charitable hand to the community both local and abroad.
Scripture teaches the principle of unity as being the place in which the blessing, favor, and anointing of God can flow.
As a community of believers, we intend to celebrate the incredible differences present within our District. Each man and woman has gifts, abilities, and callings which corporately work toward the common goal of fulfilling the Great Commission.
We encourage believers to recognize the value of being on the same team and working toward accomplishing the will of God on this earth.
We aim to be a house which is not divided against itself!
The Great Commission is not just extended to the work we do for our local congregation, but also to the global Church. As such, we provide several avenues to support the ministries of missionaries out on the international fields.
It is our heartbeat as a District to see people come to a place of understanding the plan of salvation and accessing the benefits of an intimate encounter with God. This life cannot be compared to anything else!
Our goal is to never become so near-sighted spiritually that we cannot see the need of our entire world for a lasting transformation. In this vein, we do all that we can to support local and global missions.
