Joseph Owens currently serves as the MA/RI District Youth President. He attends Truth Tabernacle UPCI in Providence, RI where he has served in the music ministry along with being the youth leader for over 3 years. Joseph is burdened for the young people of his church and district and is excited for all that God has in store.
